I really enjoyed The Snack Machine Takeover! It was such a fun, engaging story with a powerful message. I loved how the book shows that curiosity sparks creativity, and how acting on new ideas builds confidence.

The story is entertaining for children, but meaningful for all ages, as it encourages and inspires readers to explore, imagine and believe in themselves.

If you’re looking for a children’s book that’s fun to read while also teaching a valuable life lesson, I definitely recommend The Snack Machine Takeover by Connie Johnson.

I rated this book 5 stars, because I feel like no matter the age it’s definitely motivation to keep you going if you have a hiccup in life. We all get discouraged when things don’t go our way, I feel this book is a prime example on how to reflect with someone that you just have to keep trying and don’t give up.

Demi Ray and Max learn a divine idea takes work, teamwork, patience and rework! The book is beautifully illustrated with multi-cultural characters and neighborhoods. It also continues the legacy of entrepreneurship in black families. I looking forward to the next adventure!
